Bunay SA is a private company registered in Pazardjik District court, lawsuit No 129 from 1999.

The company is situated in the town of Panagyurishte, between the cities Sofia and Plovdiv,

at 30 km to the north from highway “ Trakia“. Bunay SA occupies area of 32 000 square meters on independent production site with its own water source and a double power supply with voltage 20 kV. Premises area of the company are as follows: Manufacture – 5000 sq.m. Rpair mechanical department – 1 150 sq.m Auxiliary activities – 2 500 sq.m. Storage area - 3 000 sq.m Bunay manufactures parts of plastics, bakelite and rubber as well as moulds for their production with well known methods of production - injection moulding, press forming, extrusion and back pressure injection moulding. 70 % of production is exported to EU countries, Macedonia and Turkey. The company works using good equipment from Europian and Asian producers: Battenfeld, Engel, Toshiba, Italtech, Biradgi, Sandre. We dispose of 50 injection moulding machines with weight of the injected part from 5 g up to 5 kg. And projected surface form 2 sq. mm up to 9000 sq.mm.

Bunay SA possesses a Repair mechanical department, equipped with the necessary machines

for repairs and for production of new moulds. Our specialists are of your disposal to solve your problems. At the company's area there are departments for ultrasonic welding of plastic parts,

for painting and screen printing, for assembly of parts and articles. Bunay SA manufactures parts and machine – building industries, automotive industry, electronics, textille industry, agriculture, construction, household goods, packages, decorative lighting fixtures, as well as many other articles manufactured according to customers specific requirements. The company is one of the basic prroducers of the greater part of the high – technology precise plastic parts and rubber parts for Bulgarian military complex. We produce a range of precise and big dimensional parts for refrigerator technics of company Liebherr, as well as for other famous companies: Ikea, Ditas, As Metal, Dorma. Since 2005 Bunay SA realizes a project for production of parts with high requirements for the company Schneider Electric.Bunay SA has a sertified quality management system ISO 9001:2000 and a system for environment management ISO 14001:2004.
